What this site collects, and what it does not.

THE CONTACT FORM

If you send an inquiry, the form records what you type — inquiry type, name, email, organisation, message — along with the time, your IP address, and your browser’s user-agent string. The last two are ordinary server records, kept to limit abuse of the form.

That record is stored in a private database and emailed to Zeina. It is not shared, sold, or used for marketing, and nobody is added to a mailing list. Inquiries are deleted after two years. Ask sooner and they go immediately.

The form is not for clinical matters. Do not send medical details, test results, or anything about a specific patient. It is not a secure channel, it is not monitored for urgent issues, and it is not a way to book an appointment or reach the practice about care.

ANALYTICS

Page views are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you to other sites. It records which pages are visited and roughly where in the world from — nothing that identifies a person. There is no Google Analytics on this site and no advertising pixel of any kind.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Photographs on this site are illustrative. They are not documentation of specific patients, encounters, events, or facilities, and any other people who appear in them are not real patients, staff, or endorsers.

PATIENT REVIEWS

Where this site quotes a patient review, the review was already published publicly on a third-party platform. Excerpts are shortened only with ellipses — no words are changed and nothing is reordered. They carry a first initial and the platform, never a full name. Nothing identifying a patient is published: no diagnoses, conditions, medications, test results, ages, or dates of service, even where a reviewer chose to include them themselves.

If you wrote a review quoted here and want it removed, it comes down the same day. No explanation needed. Use the contact form or email directly.

PROFESSIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS

Colleagues quoted on this site wrote those words about Zeina knowing they would be used to speak for her professionally. Their names and titles appear as they use them publicly, and each title has been checked against a public source — a licence register, a bar record, or their own organisation. Signatures, phone numbers, email and postal addresses are never shown, and the letters themselves are not published.
